Phase Task
1 Filing in the prospect data form. Desk-top evaluation, pre-feasibility study, convincing the landowner, getting agreement to the feasibility study including agreement that if the investment looks attractive that the project will go ahead and under what terms.
2 Feasibility study covering; cost , power take off probability, planning probability, project profitability, the investment case; agreement with the landowner (legally binding agreement subject to the project meeting the investment criteria). Agreeing the allocation of earned loan notes and final terms with the landowner.
3 Project development covering
  • Design and engineering

  • External studies; fish etc
  • Obtain ROCs and LEC
  • Grid connection

4 Construction
